Army Gen. David H. Petraeus

When Army Gen. David H. Petraeus formally assumed command of the International Security Force in Afghanistan, who was there? Why Army photographer Bradley Lail, who has taken some amazing photos for the military over last few years.. We're mentioned his photography before and his work has taken him to some interesting places, like mid-field at the Super Bowl.
