CR Dream Catcher, a horse owned and trained by Tom Lail of New Jersey, won $55,000 in The Meadowlands' Su Mac Lad Final this past Sunday for taking first place.

"That is the most money I ever won in my whole life for training horses," said Lail. "I am not a real big-time trainer so that is the biggest race I ever won."

The harness racing horse has won a career $306,132. CR Dream Catcher was purchased six years for $3,000.

Tom Lail trains 18 horses. The story is very interesting.
