Del City High School (Oklahoma) counselors Joy Ahmad and Andrea Lail have developed the Men of Distinction leadership group to develop positive leadership skills in students who demonstrate leadership potential.
The program targets junior and senior males at the high school.
"Our hope was to help foster positive leadership skills in the students so they can pass it on to others in the school," Lail said. "We want them to reach out and help others."
