Lail recognized for volunteerism

I don't beleive I've ever seen Lail as a first name, but here it is.

Lail Weeks of Whistler, B.C., recently received the Canadian Cancer Society’s Volunteer Award of Excellence.

Weeks began her volunteer work with the Cancer Society after her own battle with breast cancer a decade algo.

"It’s not something you start out doing to get an award, but it was nice to be recognized.”
