Nice feature in the Asheville Citizen-Times from July 21, 2005, on Karl Lail's 25-year-old coffee business, Hav-A-Cup.

ASHEVILLE -- Here is Karl Lail?s version of a business nightmare.
?You show up ... in the morning and the coffee machine doesn't work or you?re out of coffee. All of a sudden, everybody's hollering at the office manager .. instead of working.
The nightmare is also Lail's business opportunity. The mission of his family's business, Hav-A-Cup coffee service, is to ?put those fires out before they start.?
