Lynn Lail against local option state lottery bill

Lynn Lail believes if North Carolina wants a lottery, it should be statewide, not in select counties.

The Catawba County commissioner is against a bill now in the General Assembly that would allow residents in each county to vote on whether to participate in a state-run lottery.
