Developed, implemented, maintained and audited ISO 9002 registered Quality System in 5 divisions. Conducted ISO9000 training and consulting classes for 3 other sister plants (TN, CT and Mexico) all of which achieved ISO9002 registration. Upgraded Medical Plant Quality System to include EN46002 - European standard for medical devices and FDA CGMP's.

Coordinated all quality performance measurement processes for 5 plants and reported on the performance and effectiveness of the Quality System to top management. Presented Quality presentation and conducted plant tours to potential customers. Responsible for the Internal Auditing Process, registrar audits and customer audits.

Coordinated the quality planning process for new projects including the clarification of customer requirements, with MSP Engineering, Sales, Quality and the Customer. Aided division Quality Managers in the development of quality plans and the application of statistical techniques including SPC implementation (in both manufacturing and business processes), process capability studies, etc.
