Update on the Daylight Diet group

Jennifer Lail We noted a story about this group last April and now the P-I has done an update.

The newspaper decided to track a group of people following nutritionist Susan Kleiner's Daylight Diet. Kleiner has worked with the Sonics, Seahawks, Olympians and others, and has her own Web site:

Jennifer Lail lost 10 pounds in the first three months and 24 in a year! Way to go, girl!

"It would not be an overstatement to say the Good Mood Diet has been a miracle for me," said Lail. "I continue to follow the plan closely. I feel good in my body and, more importantly, I have experienced virtually no depression since I changed my diet. Eliminating the cycles of depression makes me feel like I have been given a great gift of time."
